Our Naked Lifestyle meal plan provides you with 4 nutritionally balanced meals a day, 5 days a week! A clean eating regimen suggests you should eat approximately 6 times a day every 2-3 hours. This plan provides Meals 2-5, a morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and dinner. It is a nutritional plan that maximizes ones intake of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and anti-oxidants! Our meals are portioned to suit the needs of your average male and female.
